  • A pan is put on a low flame burner. When it gets warm then good quality of desi ghee is put on it, in the amount specified earlier. It is allowed to get warmed properly. Once the ghee starts melting then the Suji is poured into the pan & stirring continued till the color of Suji changes into golden color.

  • Next sugar is added to the contents in the pan and mixed uniformly. When the mixing process gets over then ½ portion of the previously mentioned dry fruits, and the total amount of water & milk is added to the contents & stirred constantly, so that Suji can absorb water and milk mixture nicely & become little soft.

  • Now the burner is switched off and Khoya & Cardamom powder is spread on the contents of the pan & mixed uniformly. The lid of the pan is covered for at least 10 to 15 minutes so that the rest of the cooking process continues in the covered pan.
